We are thrilled to showcase our recent project, a beautiful new resin-bound driveway in Lincoln.

Foundational Preparation
This resin driveway installation project began with a complete excavation of the existing driveway area, which was carefully removed from the site. This ensured a clean and level foundation for the new installation.
Once the area was cleared, we installed a geo-textile membrane to prevent weed growth and improve the overall longevity of the surface.
Drainage And Edging
Next, a permeable hardcore layer was laid to provide strong support and proper drainage for the driveway. Around the perimeter, we installed Plaspave Modena block edging, giving the driveway a neat, defined finish that complements the overall design.
For the base layer, we chose high-quality open grade tarmac, providing the perfect surface for the resin-bound layer to be expertly applied.
Resin Driveway Installation
The chosen blend for this stunning driveway was Kamari Beech from The Resin Mill. The mix consists of:
- 7.5KG of resin
- 4 x 25KG bags of aggregate
- Binding quartz
This combination ensures a strong, durable surface with a visually striking finish. The resin-bound system provides superior grip, excellent drainage, and an attractive, long-lasting surface that’s both functional and beautiful.
